Six Week Project

Choose a place that grabs your interest and you would enjoy visiting. Your chosen destination needs to be outside of your state, and preferably outside the United States. Explore places you have never been or know very little about. The topic you choose must be approved by ME… No two people will have the same topic.

You need to find the physical features as well as the cultural features of the area you have chosen. You will need to tell:

·          The history of any attractions or special places. (ex: Great Wall of China)

·          How is the feature or attraction there?

·          Why is it there?

·          Do any physical features contribute to the existence of the attractions? How?

·          Does the culture contribute to its existence? How?

These projects will be a 3-5 page typed paper as well as presented to the class. You will need visual aids: Create a posterboard with pictures, etc… ——BE CREATIVE!!!!!!—This poster board MUST be neat. Suggestion—–print out anything written on the computer instead of handwriting it!!!!——-
