Title – Fall Scavenger Hunt

Grade Level – Pre-K

Objective: The students will observe and record signs of Fall.

1) Discuss characteristics of different seasons.

2) Explain that the students will make a standard study of Fall. They will take in all of their surroundings and might include observations about the leaves on trees, temperature, etc.

3) Pair the students off. Take the students outside, specify their boundaries and let each pair choose areas to observe.

4) After about 15 minutes, bring them back in to discuss and compare their results.
