When the children arrive they find a Gingerbread Man note on the Board sending them to the office. As they arrive at the office they find a note directing them to the gym. The note there sends them to the computer room, which tells them the directions to the school clinic.The note at the clinic helps them to find the cafeteria and so forth until a Tour of the school is completed. The final note sends them back to their original classroom where a Gingerbread cookie has been placed on each desk. The Gingerbread Man could be replaced by an apple or other treat, but since I am ”Miss Ginger,” I enjoy the Gingerbread mascot.
