Here is an idea to use songsheets to display artwork as well as singing.

The students from our local Catholic elementary volunteered to march in our Memorial Day parade.

To prepare, the art teacher outlined each student’s hand on a piece of paper, turned sideways like a flag. The students decorated their hands in red, white, and blue. The music teacher copied the words to patriotic songs and glued them to the back of the flag. The students used the flag songsheets when singing the songs in the parade. The best thing was that both their artwork and their music were on display.
