Title – Just Me Without the Frills By – Ellen Vento It was not until I was 34-years-old that I decided I wanted to teach. Having spent not one day inside a college classroom, I was now attending full time and loving it. I graduated with honors and felt simply happy. I took on a first grade teaching position in a Catholic school. I wanted to change the world. Well, I was able to change the grades of my failing students to grades they were proud of.
