Using tempera paint, allow the children to drop blobs on a piece of white or blue paper. Try to make sure there is enough paint on the blobs to splatter. Next, cover the paint with a piece of wax paper and let the children hit with a small, plastic hammer. This will splatter the paint and create a firework affect. Glitter can be added for more sparkle.
