Unit: Senses
Objectives:
TCW be introduced to sensory descriptors such as loud, soft, high,
and low.
Materials:
prerecorded sounds of things like doors slamming, dogs barking,
cats purring, car horns honking, etc. (any everyday sounds
that students will be able to identify only using their ears)
Procedure;
1. Have children guess what object they think is making the sound.
2. Have children describe each sound as high, low, soft, or loud after introducing these words to them giving examples of each.
