Rationale:
Students have been learning about the respiratory, cardiovascular, and skeletal systems and it is essential to inform them about the possible careers that are available for them.
Prior Knowledge of Students:
Students should have a background in the respiratory, cardiovascular and skeletal systems.

Performance Objectives:

Cognitive: At the end of the lesson on careers, students should know the different health careers that are available to them. They will be assessed based on a series of questions at the end of the period.

Social: At the end of the lesson on health careers, students should be on task 80% of the time at any given minute interval. The teacher will evaluate the on-task behavior by observing for two one-minute intervals.

Attached is a table of professions and the salaries (See SALARIES below). They will be cut-out, mixed up and handed out to the students

The students will then pair the salary with the profession they believe correlates

They will then record it on the board so we can discuss
