By – Maddie

Primary Subject – Health / Physical Education

Grade Level – P-4

This is a fun and rewarding activity for children and a quick and easy project to prepare for teachers! To start this project, take a piece of construction paper, fold it in half, and staple 10 pieces of wax paper that fit in between the paper. Write the child’s name on the front along with “Lick & Stick Book” (example:

.) The children will get stickers as they eat healthy food. Have their parents write down all that they eat each day, and as they eat healthy food, they gain small stickers for their sticker book. After they get 15 small stickers they earn a big sticker! This project is very encouraging for kids who love treats, to eat better food!
