Title - Chewing Gum
By - Nicole Cipriano
Primary Subject - Other
Grade Level - Any

Kids can become very chatty the last few days of school. Here's a fun way to make their mouths a little tired! Bring in gum for them. Have some gum contests, like who can get their gum out of the wrapper the fastest and blow the first bubble. Also, you can do the biggest bubble, bubble inside a bubble, etc. You can even see how many times they chomp down in 1 minute. After the "games", allow them to chew the gum for awhile. They love the gum, because gum is not usually permitted in school, and you get a little peace and quiet.
