Materials: Chart paper, markers, quarter, dime, nickel and penny, clear tape

Write this song on chart paper.

Song: (Sung to The Farmer in the Dell)

Cents

A penny is worth 1

A nickel is worth 5

A dime is 10

And a quarter, 25

Tape the corresponding coin at the end of each line. It’s simple and all of my kindergartners could name the coins and their values within 2 days!
