V. Footnote:
- Opposites frequently turn-up in vocabulary, and this clothes unit is no exception. The adjectives section seems to show the most opposite pairs of words, such as “new/old,” “pretty/ugly,” etc. When we deal with pairs of opposites, we learn two words simultaneously.
- A few of the basic verbs, as well as the colors, would be taught much earlier.
- Sketches of people wearing each of the articles of clothing would be one way to deal with the clothes/nouns section.
