Title – Memory Game – Regular Verbs

By – Alicia Consuegra

Primary Subject – Language Arts

Grade Level – 3

Procedure:

When you want kids to memorize verbs, the best way, for me is to make a game of it, so I play Memory.

I place some cards with different regular verbs (in this case) on the board and put in the front of the card a number. The kids then select the cards. If they make a match, they win a point.

Then to review, the winning team has to make mimics with the verbs that made them the winners.
