Start class of with numbers 1-10
Eins
Zwie
Drei
Vier
Funf
Sechs
Seiben
Acht
Neun
Zehn.

Review the numbers 3 or 4 times.

Start the class on basic greetings, such as....

Guten Tag--Good Day
Guten Morgen-Good Morning
Guten Abend-Good Evening
Auf Weiderzehn--Good-bye.

Perhaps then create a worksheet to help them remember things that they have done.

Then after the lesson, test the class of what they have learned and reward them.
