Title - Humpty Dumpty Puppet Show
By - Misty Vincent
Primary Subject - Language Arts
Grade Level - K

Use this lesson when teaching students the letter Hh and its sound. Have students make Humpty Dumpty puppets. I used white paper bags and glued a "Humpty Dumpty" face with arms and legs. We then read the nursery rhyme of Humpty Dumpty and put on a puppet show. You can also make 'horse' puppets or use toy horses to go along with the story. My students enjoyed practicing the show then performing it in front of the video camera. They had even more fun watching it later!
