Title – Creative Writing By – Krystal Joplin Primary Subject – Language Arts Secondary Subjects – Art Grade Level – 5-12 A fun creative writing exercise is to have the students create their own “super-hero” with original names, powers, abilities, and appearances. Students must create this character and use it in a story. In the story, the character will display its characteristics. A possible cross-curriculum idea is to have the students create the character in art class.
