YOU ARE INVITED !!!

"Dear Teachers: Please allow me to invite you and your students to participate in International Acts of Kindness Day (IAKD) that will be celebrated on September 25 of every year. If you would like to participate with your class or school, please do one of the following:

(1) You and your students design individual or group projects to perform at least one act of kindness that might not otherwise have been performed on September 25. It can be as simple as a smile, as direct as sending a donation to a charity, a special note of thanks, a project to help other members of the community, or a special expression of your own creation;

(2) You or your students can tell other people about IAKD and invite them to join the celebration, or help us to spread the word about IAKD any way you can (e-mail, letter, person-to-person. Please feel free to copy this invitation and send it to anyone who you think might be interested. In the past, we have had people in as many as 26 nations participating in IAKD on September 25.

We hope you and your school or students will join us in celebrating IAKD this year! Please feel free to contact us with your school or classes IAKD ideas, plans, or results.
