Objective: Students will be able to access the Internet to obtain several different weather forecast to compare and contrast them.

Introduction: Students should use the Internet along with T.V., radio, and the newspaper to get accurate weather data and predictions. They should try to forecast their own weather based on clouds seen, barometric pressure and tendency as well as the wind direction.

Procedure: To access some of the familiar cites students might try:

www.weather.com
www.mbc.nbc.weather.com
www.wb17.com
www.nbc10.com

Closure: Students can compare all forecasts and make note of which forecast was most accurate.
