Primary Subject - Art

Grade Level - pre-K/1st
Cut the top part of the jug away leaving the handle intact. There are usually indentations on the sides where the children cut circles to fit for the eyes. Cut two white bunny ears and pink in the middle of them and staple to jug on each side of the handle. Cut a pink nose and whiskers and we hot glue these on as they want to come off more easily. The eyes can be hot glued on also. Fill jug with Easter grass. The handle that is already attached makes for easy handling even for 2 year olds and they are not dumping their eggs when we have the egg hunt. Have been making them this way for at least 20 years and they are a real hit with the parents as well.
